Appointments
At Ella Nail Lounge, we strive to provide exceptional service and value your time as much as we value ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our updated policies:
• Punctuality: We honor appointments with a 5–10 minute grace period. Please plan accordingly and allow yourself extra time to find parking.
• Cancellations: If you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and minimize disruptions to our schedule.
• No-Show Fee: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without providing 24 hour notice will be charged a $25 no-show fee. This fee will need to be paid before booking any future appointments.
Service Guarantee & Redo Policy
At Ella Nail Lounge, we take pride in the quality of our work and strive to ensure our clients leave satisfied with their nail services. To maintain fairness and consistency, we have established the following policy regarding service redos and repairs:
1. Redo & Repair Eligibility
We offer complimentary repairs or redos for any nail service concerns reported within seven (7) days of the original appointment date.
Eligible concerns include:
Premature lifting, peeling, or chipping of polish
Broken, cracked, or fallen-off enhancements due to application issues
Any concerns reported after seven (7) days will be considered a new service and subject to our standard pricing.
2. No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds or credit card reversals for any reason.
If a redo is approved, we will correct the issue at no charge.
If a redo is not possible, we may offer a one-time salon credit at management’s discretion.
3. Client Responsibility
Proper aftercare is essential for long-lasting nails. We provide clients with aftercare recommendations at the time of service.
Damage caused by personal activities, improper care, or external factors (e.g., excessive exposure to water, chemicals, or physical impact) is not eligible for a complimentary redo.
4. How to Request a Redo
Clients must notify us within seven (7) days of the original appointment.
A clear photo of the nails must be provided for assessment.
The redo appointment must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.
By booking a service with Ella Nail Lounge, clients agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to maintaining fair service standards.
